Main duties of the job Join Agincare UK as a Home Care Assistant and make a meaningful impact in someone's life. This role offers an opportunity to build a rewarding career in care, without requiring prior experience. As a Care Assistant, your aim is to help others live with dignity and joy within their own homes. Daily tasks may include sharing a tea and chat, assisting with routines, and providing personal care. Our goal is to provide connection and care. Agincare UK will offer free training and ample career development opportunities. We also offer flexible contracts, a referral scheme, and a salary of up to £14.50 per hour with additional mileage compensation. A full UK driving license is required, and you must have at least 12 months of the right to work in the UK. Alternate weekend work is also part of this position. Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

No experience necessary, but a caring and compassionate nature is essential. Must possess a full UK driving license and have the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
