This role includes ensuring that capital projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while also maintaining the overall health of the facility’s assets. As a key member of the plant leadership team, the Maintenance Manager is expected to be a strategic partner to the Plant Manager. What you will be doing Ensure that maintenance work is conducted safely, meets quality standards, and stays within budget and timelines. Routine Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance plans and preservation activities, including lubrication, inspections, testing, and PMD. Continuous Reliability Improvement (CRI): Utilize predictive measures to enhance reliability. Emergency Response: Act swiftly to address breakdowns and unexpected issues. Implement and support continuous reliability improvement standards and practices. Assist in planned work preparation to minimize unplanned downtime and enhance machine performance. Maintain the upkeep of facilities and grounds. Ensure compliance with state regulations regarding water discharge.
