Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is "On-Site" at the location detailed in the job post.\\ Job Description Maintenance Technician – Winter Haven, FL 1st Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, overtime as needed. Starting Wage: $26/hour plus Assist and/or perform all task required as detailed in Preventative Maintenance Plan (per interval). Visually inspect equipment parts for damage and proper cleaning. Clean, lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of the machinery. Assist other maintenance personnel when required with dismantling of defective machines and equipment and assist with installation of new or repaired parts. Perform maintenance and repair activities within set budgets for each area and monitor operator conformance to established operating conditions. Provide encapsulation equipment training to new and current machine operators. Schedule and ensure all preventative maintenance requirements are completed fully as detailed in the Preventative Maintenance Plan. Assist in maintaining the appropriate levels of spare parts in stock to minimize downtime. Work with Production Planning to schedule all preventative maintenance work while minimizing downtime. Prioritize workload and perform repairs in a timely manner to minimize production downtime. Adhere to company rules and safe work practices throughout each department. Keep work area clean and organized. Other duties as assigned
