Nature and Scope The Packaging/Inspection Technician IV role entails the execution of setup, changeover, repairs, and preventative maintenance for equipment used in the inspection and packaging processes. The ideal candidate must be able to perform repairs and preventive maintenance activities on production equipment. Setting up and breaking down of inspection and packaging lines. Troubleshooting equipment/system issues. Performing equipment corrective and preventive maintenance. Identification and correction of unsafe conditions. Work independently and in a safe manner using the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Correct/Report unsafe behaviors or equipment. Maintain housekeeping of own work area. Maintain train the trainer status. Maintain 100% Training Compliance. Assist in the mentoring and training of new hires and junior personnel. Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management.
