About this role
Lead and develop the Vietnam QA team across manual testing, test automation, and validation. The primary duty is to ensure team performance, quality standards, and delivery alignment across Elgato product lines. The QA Manager Vietnam owns both the day-to-day operations of the team and its long-term capability development, acting as the primary interface between the Vietnam team and QA leadership in Europe.
