Expected salary range of $63,900 to $71,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Primary Purpose of Position Perform entry-level Human Resources related duties and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, labor relations, affirmative action, recruitment and employment equity programs. Works under direct supervision, reporting to the Manager, Human Resources. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Partner with Senior Human Resources Business Partner and/or Human Resources Managers to communicate and administer various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations. Support recruitment activity as needed in partnership with talent acquisition function. Facilitate and/or provide training and orientation to the workforce. Administration of HR objectives, policies and procedures. Provide transactional support of employee and organizational changes. Provides coaching and counseling to business to resolve employee issues, under direction of HR Business Partner
