Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Analyze internal and external quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, process risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Monitor process capability and quality performance metrics and provide recommendations for process improvement. - Collaborate with Senior Quality Engineers on root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions utilizing tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, FMEA, SPC, and other quality methodologies. - Identify gaps with measurements systems from various data sources, and collaborate with key stakeholders to mitigate data integrity issues, develop new systems, and improve - Prepare quality reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review and operational decision-making. - MRB participant, supporting containment activities and disposition of nonconforming material - Works with computers (ERP systems) - Participates in the implementation and utilization of the COS tools as necessary for continuous improvement of processes. - Manage RT program in collaboration with suppliers and customer - Manage and perform internal audits according to schedule
