Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit is headquartered in Wendell, NC,. The EA Business Unit has a diverse portfolio of products, including, but not limited to, low-voltage MCC, CMR fuse saver, MV switchgear, MV circuit breakers, and metering, power monitoring, power quality, and protective relay maintenance and systems of a standard nature. We are looking for a PFEP (Plan for Every Part) Coordinator. This position will be based at our Wendell, NC facility. Relocation assistance is available. You will be responsible for organizing and optimizing how every material or component is stored, moved, and replenished in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. You’ll make an impact by: Developing and maintaining the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) database to define storage, packaging, labeling, and replenishment methods for all materials Analyzing and optimizing material flow across production and warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste Partnering with production, supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and standardized material handling processes Implementing and supporting lean practices such as kanban, point-of-use storage, and continuous improvement initiatives Driving inventory accuracy and space utilization improvements through data analysis and process standardization
