Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production processes and deliver high-quality results. - Engage in production planning and control activities to meet schedule and operational requirements. - Apply total quality management principles to ensure product and process excellence. - Contribute to manufacturing systems and process reengineering to enhance efficiency and performance. - Partner with equipment and facilities engineering teams to support optimal operations - Facilitate and provide training to self-directed work teams and peers in core skills and best practices. - Serve as a resource to internal and external customers, addressing product planning, problem-solving, and process improvement needs. - Leverage expertise in manufacturing operations to drive results and improve workflows.
