Job Description The Operations Manager is responsible for all supply operations under this effort and must have at least five years of supervisory experience combined with a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities Directing and managing all areas of supply and services within the EAGLE contract. Oversight on accountability of all assigned property (GFE, CAP, etc.). Complete and comprehensive knowledge of property book, supply, and equipment management processes and related regulations. Exercise analytical techniques and causative research skills to identify areas of needed emphasis and recommend process enhancements/improvements. Utilize comprehensive communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, prepare reports, plans, and work instructions. Extensive operational knowledge, skills and abilities to manage and utilize automated supply system STAMIS.
