We are seeking a Safety Advisor to join our team in Houston, TX — a role that sits at the heart of how we protect our people, our operations, and the communities we serve. In this role, you will provide direct support to our corporate offices in carrying out safety program elements such as ergonomics, emergency procedures, event and hazard reporting, safety committee support, and contractor safety management. Your skills in engaging our workers will support our continuous improvement efforts and foster a strong safety culture. What You Will Do: Champion Safety Culture — Promote the Enbridge Safety Culture Framework by seeking out opportunities to strengthen safety culture and supporting Leadership in the execution of their role. Drive Safety Compliance — Execute health and safety programs to enable Enbridge to be compliant with all state and federal health and safety legislation, inspections, and investigations. Manage Event Response — Support the Offices and workers in event (incident) management function, including processes for reporting, investigation, management committee reviews, corrective action monitoring, and lessons learned communications. Analyze and Report on Safety Trends — Generate regular and ad hoc reports on specific proactive and reactive indicator metrics. Participate in small work teams on problem identification and problem-solving to support continuous improvement.
