In this role, you will drive cross‑functional program execution from concept through certification and delivery, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, regulatory standards, customer expectations, and business objectives. As the primary interface between engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and our external customers, you will coordinate complex development activities associated with high‑integrity control systems. Responsibilities include program planning, requirements management, risk mitigation, earned value management, resource coordination, financial oversight, and schedule adherence—all while maintaining our rigorous standards for safety, compliance, and product reliability The ideal candidate brings strong technical acumen in aviation control systems and demonstrated leadership managing safety‑critical development programs governed by standards such as ARP4754, DO‑178, and DO‑254. Success in this role requires proactive communication, structured problem‑solving, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams through technical challenges and certification activities typical of flight‑critical environments. As a key leader in the Air Transport product line, you will contribute to strategic planning, support customer and regulatory engagements, and ensure delivery of high‑quality, certifiable solutions that strengthen our competitive position and drive long‑term product growth.
