Duties involve drafting event agreements, maintaining consistent communication with clients via phone and email, developing room layouts using specialized software, accommodating unique event needs, and ensuring compliance with all campus policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include answering incoming calls, assisting guests and clients with professionalism, and completing other duties as assigned.
