Job Title: Graduate Student Employee Biweekly - Adelante/Avanzando program Job Classification: Graduate Student Employee Biweekly Department: Office of Student Success and Engagement Hiring Manager: Steven Fernandez Contact: [email protected] Work Schedule: Minimum 8hrs per week between the hours of 8am and 5pm Desired Length of Employment: Ongoing Pay Rate: $20 Job Description: The Graduate Student Worker will support staff in the implementation of the Avanzando to Success and Avanzando Through College programs. Responsibilities include assisting with workshop and event coordination, student outreach and engagement, program communications, data collection and tracking, and other administrative and programmatic activities. The Graduate Student Worker will work collaboratively with program staff to support student success initiatives and enhance the academic, personal, and professional development of program participants. The position will also assist with activities designed to promote student persistence, academic achievement, leadership development, and successful progression through college.
