As a Safety Tech III, you will perform daily inspections, identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. As a Safety Tech III, you will: Conduct daily inspections of work areas, including vessels, piers, and buildings Document inspections and communicate safety findings to subcontractors and customers Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and customer requirements Identify and correct potential hazards and infractions Focus on areas such as life and safety codes, personal protective equipment, and fire prevention Independently performs housekeeping walkthroughs and sends out daily reportss. Leads incident investigations using in depth root cause analysis and meets with stakeholders to determine preventative action Verify that discrepancies are promptly corrected Facilitate collection of incident reports from those involved in incidents.
