We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, OPS Client Service to join our Custody team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida ( 4 days in office expectation). In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Lead the Custody Client Operations and reporting team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ensuring alignment with BNY's principles. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery, by leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting. • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise.

Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams.
