Main duties of the job As a Housekeeping Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you'll join a supportive environment where you'll make a positive impact daily. Working within Priory Court Care Home in Stamford, your role will focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and laundry, following standard operating procedures that ensure hotel service standards. You'll perform various cleaning duties as per worksheet instructions, understanding the specific requirements of different surfaces and coverings, ensuring these are well maintained. You'll treat all residents with dignity and respect, especially their personal space and belongings, while supporting the company's values of being caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable.

Understandingthe cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings and the properties of cleaning materials, ensuring that all areas are well presented and maintained in good condition. Ensuring that all residents are treated with dignity and respect and that their personal space and belongings are always respected..

The ability to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
