Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, or NASA std's certification may be required within 30 days of hire. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. In this entry-level position, the Manufacturing Engineer will develop strong communications with internal teams to estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. At GDMS, we continually seek ways to develop and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing our team’s knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards. The Advanced Quality Auditor Adv Quality Spec) is responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute quality audits (process, product, and system audits) Evaluate compliance with ISO standards and GDMS quality policies Document audit findings and nonconformances Work with departments to develop and track corrective actions Prepare and present audit reports to management Support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain audit schedules and records
