To routinely measure clinical outcomes and deliver evidence-based clinical intervention. Providing a direct service to children and young people and their families, in an accessible and less stigmatising environment, based on the best available research evidence, within clinical governance Oversee the development of Wellbeing Coaches and other practitioners within the serviceThe Ideal Candidate Minimum of a second-class Bachelors degree from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard in a relevant subject (e.g. psychology) AND/OR a registerable professional qualification in a relevant subject (e.g.medicine, psychology, social work) from a UK university of overseas professional qualification of an equivalent standards OR Qualified Wellbeing Practitioner; Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP), Childrens wellbeing Practitioner (CWP), Educational Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) or other CYP IAPT therapy training. Further professional knowledge and skills gained through accredited CPD courses/workshops/study/in-house training 2 years experience in relevant area of mental health practice Experienced in delivery evidence based therapy, and required to work across West Essex to deliver a service. Assessment, planning, formulation and evaluation of patients psychological difficulties Good understanding and experience of using Routine Outcome Measures Knowledge and direct clinical experience of adapting interventions and delivering them to CYP Experience of delivering and managing clinical risk Understanding of child development and psycho-social influences Experience of delivering Low Intensity/Psycho-educational interventions to groups of CYP and/or parents/caregivers Commitment to continuous professional development Knowledge and skills in effective communication, orally and in writing, complex, highly technical and/or clinically sensitive information to clients, their families, carers and other professional colleagues both within and outside the NHS Ability to work autonomously but recognising the philosophy of effective integrated working Ability to use Word, Power Point, Email, Excel (or similar spread sheet or database package) and SystemOne Motivate and enthuse others to change by developing clinical practice Experience of developing effective relationships and networks across health, social care and the voluntary and community sector.Access to a car and full driving licence is essential requirement for this role.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Minimum of a second-class Bachelor's degree from a UK university or an equivalent overseas qualification in a relevant subject such as psychology. Alternatively, a registerable professional qualification in a relevant field or a qualification as a Wellbeing Practitioner, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, Children's Wellbeing Practitioner, Educational Mental Health Practitioner, or another CYP IAPT therapy training.
