Contract: Permanent, subject to satisfactory completion of a probationary period
Salary: Competitive, £12,300 per session

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a motivated, patient-centred salaried GP to join our team. Sessions are flexible and can be tailored to suit the right candidate. You will work alongside experienced GPs, a skilled MDT, and ARRS colleagues within our PCN. The successful candidate will be comfortable with telephone-first triage and confident working autonomously within a collaborative culture.

Marcham Road Health Centre is a well-established, forward-thinking NHS GMS practice in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, serving 14,500 patients. We operate a Doctor First triage model, hold dispensing practice status, and are a GP training practice within the Abingdon and District PCN a high-performing, clinically led team with strong administrative support.
