In this role, you'll be at the centre of change - supporting individuals with complex mental health needs while helping to shape new ways of working. You'll deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care that makes a real difference to people's lives, while working alongside a diverse and supportive multidisciplinary team including Social Work, Occupational Therapy, and Clinical Psychology.

Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will demonstrate specialist nursing knowledge and experience in working with adults with complex mental health needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a caseload of individuals with complex mental health presentations Assessing, managing, and reducing clinical risk Delivering evidence-based, person-centred interventions Working both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team Effectively prioritising workload within a dynamic and evolving service Supporting service improvement and contributing to new models of care delivery You will play an active role in the ongoing development of the Mental Health Neighbourhood Model, using your skills and experience to support innovation, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the quality of care.
Strong clinical judgement, effective communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for this role.

Qualifiactions & Knowledge Essential
Registered Mental Health Nurse - Part III or 13 of NMC live register Post registration/graduate diploma or equivalent experience in related work area, to demonstrate advanced level of practice
Desirable
Evidence of CPD or experiential learning at an advanced level e.g. Post graduate/Masters level Leadership training/Qualification/Experience
Experience Essential
Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) relevant to the clinical area at specialist level of care Evidence of development of specialist practice nursing skills and able to demonstrate the impact of this on practice change/development
Desirable
Demonstrable experience of working in the specific field where the post is held
