Job summary
We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Occupational Health Adviser to provide an effective occupational health and wellbeing service to the three Acute Hospitals within the MSE Trust and external organisations, as contracted.
If successful you will actively participate and contribute to the development of a high quality Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service for all staff in the Trust and external organisations.
You will also proactively engage with all stakeholders in order to influence the health and well-being of the organisation and its employees and offer specialist advice on matters relation to occupational health and wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse or hold Professional Registration, have a OH Diploma or equivalent degree and have experience as a Senior Occupational Health Adviser either in the private sector.

The Senior OH Advisor is a senior-level position requiring advanced clinical expertise and managerial responsibilities.
The role involves leading day-to-day operational delivery of Occupational Health services, providing specialist advice, and ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
