Pound Hill Medical Group is looking for two caring, organised, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Reception Team.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in ensuring they receive a positive, supportive, and efficient experience when accessing our services. Whether speaking to patients on the telephone, welcoming them into the practice, or helping them navigate appointments and prescriptions, you will be making a real difference to people's lives every day.

Previous GP surgery experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with strong customer service, reception, administration, hospitality, retail, or office-based experience, as full training will be provided.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will work across our Pound Hill and Copthorne sites, supporting patients and colleagues while helping to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
GCSE or equivalent: English Maths
Experience Essential
Experience in working in a customer service role Good communication skills Calm under pressure
Desirable
Experience of working in primary care or a GP Practice
