About this role
The Middle Markets Sales team is responsible for retaining existing membership and driving new business growth within the medium-to-large employer segment. The Account Service Representative, Consultant reports to the Senior Service Manager and plays a role in supporting a portfolio of fast growing, high visibility technology employer groups. In this role, the Account Service Representative, Consultant acts as a strategic service partner, proactively anticipating client needs, navigating and resolving complex issues with speed, and safeguarding the overall client experience.
