We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Quantitative / AI Specialist to join our FX Options Trading team within Markets. This role is located in London. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Build analytics and tooling for the FX Options Trading desk
• Develop trading models to improve desk performance, pricing capabilities, and efficiency
• Help design and build an electronic pricer for FX options, including API integration
• Partner with traders to automate processes and enhance day-to-day desk workflows
• Support traders in daily trading activity through analytics, tools, and workflow improvements
• Explore and integrate AI solutions into desk processes and trading infrastructure
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Strong academic background in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline
• Demonstrated interest or experience in AI / machine learning applications
• Strong programming and development skills, ideally in Python and/or C++
• Interest in trading, markets, and market making
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work closely with traders in a fast-paced front-office environment
• Knowledge of FX derivatives is a plus
• Experience building pricing tools, trading applications, or API-based solutions is a plus
