NeoWork is seeking a skilled Grant Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, writing, and submitting compelling grant proposals to secure funding for various projects and initiatives.
The Grant Writer will work closely with program managers and leadership to develop proposals that clearly communicate project goals, objectives, and budgets. This role requires excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Research available grants and funding opportunities relevant to company projects and goals. Develop persuasive, well-structured grant proposals and supporting documents. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary project details and budget information. Track and manage submission deadlines and follow up on grant statuses. Maintain records of applications and outcomes for reporting and analysis. Stay informed of grant writing best practices and funding landscape trends.Requirements
Proven experience as a Grant Writer or similar writing role. Excellent English writing, editing, and research skills. Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals tailored to funding organizations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Familiarity with grant funding processes and compliance requirements. Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Benefits
