About the RoleThis is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys owning campaign setup and optimization while collaborating closely with a strategist on goals and performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as:Google Search & DisplayGoogle Local Services AdsMeta (Facebook/Instagram)Conduct keyword research and audience targeting tailored to clients’ specific needsWrite and test ad copySet up conversion tracking and ensure campaigns are optimized for leads (calls, form fills, appointment requests)Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to improve CPL and ROIProvide clear, concise performance reporting and insightsCollaborate with the agency lead on strategy, testing plans, and next stepsEnsure compliance with healthcare advertising policies (HIPAA-aware best practices) when necessary
Required Experience & Skills3+ years of hands-on paid media management experienceStrong experience with Google Ads (Search is a must; Local Services Ads a plus)Experience marketing for healthcare, medical practices, or professional services preferredAbility to manage campaigns independently and proactivelyData-driven mindset with a focus on lead quality, not just clicksClear communicator who is responsive and organizedComfortable working as an hourly contractor with evolving workloads
CompensationHourly rate, commensurate with experienceFlexible workload to start, with the opportunity for increased hours as new clients are onboarded
Growth OpportunityThis role has the potential to grow alongside the agency. As new clients are added, this contractor may take on additional paid media accounts and become a core, long-term partner in the business.
