Alliance Green Services (business division of ArcelorMittal Downstream Solutions) provides specialized services to the steel industry focused on innovation to create value, increase safety and lower environmental impact. AGS has the experience, technology and commitment to bring change to an industry with increasing pressure on carbon footprint and valorization of residual wastes.

Alliance Green Services is looking for a Project Management Engineer, located in Europe (France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Romania, Luxembourg or Spain).

Your job :

As a Project Engineer Developer, you will be responsible for Site visits, Technical and Commercial offer ,Project Planning and execution, coordinating and monitoring the company's technical projects. You will ensure that deadlines, budgets and quality requirements are met, while ensuring effective communication between the various stakeholders.

Your main tasks:

1/ Planning and organization

• Define the project objectives and deliverables • Prepare commercial and Technical Offer • Sell the project to customer • Draw up the project schedule and budget • Project Execution • Identify and allocate the necessary resources • Set up monitoring and reporting tools

2/ Team management

• Set up and coordinate the project team • Lead monitoring and steering meetings • Motivate and unite teams around project objectives • Manage conflicts and difficult situations

3/ Risk management

• Identify and analyze potential risks • Implement preventive and corrective actions • Monitor and control risks

4/ Communication

• Ensure effective communication with the various stakeholders • Write reports and presentations • Organize progress reviews and steering committees

Your profile:

• Engineering degree or Project Management, Engineering Management or related field • 3 to 5 years' experience in project management, ideally in a technical or industrial environment • Fluency in English • Willing to work up till 70% of time out of country.

Your technical skills :

• Proficiency in Pack Office • Budgetary and financial management of projects • Risk analysis and management • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations • Proficiency in planning and reporting tools • Ability to understand and analyze technical documents

Your soft-skills:

• Excellent communication skills • Leadership and ability to bring people together • Stress management and decision-making skills • Organizational skills and rigor • Analytical mind and ability to work under pressure • Team spirit and ability to collaborate • Sense of initiative and proactivity
