We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with experience in Construction to oversee remodeling and renovation projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of construction processes within the remodeling and renovation space. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time and to the highest quality standards while working closely with a US-based team.
This is a fully remote, full-time position working US business hours (MST/Arizona).
ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationCreate and maintain project schedulesWork with project teams to remove roadblocksOversee all phases of the project, from initial design and permitting to final walkthrough and client handoverCoordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resourcesEnsure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standardsScheduling & Coordination
Build the project timeline frameworkCoordinate and schedule inspections, deliveries, and site visitsProactively address and resolve scheduling conflicts and delaysUse project management software to maintain schedules and track progressCollaborate with design, sales, and accounting to keep the process transparent and on trackClient Communication & Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with clientsBuild and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfactionConduct regular meetings with clients and subcontractorsClearly communicate project expectations and progressDocumentation & Reporting
Prepare and submit regular scorecard reports to managementEvaluate team performance based on data analysisRequirements
QualificationsExperience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on remodeling and renovations - MandatoryProven track record of successfully managing remodeling and renovation projectsSolid knowledge of construction processesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsProficiency with project management software (BuilderTrend is a plus)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documentsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsFluent, professional English (written and spoken)PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plusTechnology RequirementsTo perform this role remotely, candidates must have:
8th generation or higher Intel Core i5 processor (or equivalent)Microsoft Windows 11 or higher operating system16GB of installed physical memory (RAM)Two monitors, one at least 15" (laptop) and the other at least 24" (two 24" monitors preferred)A separate mouse if using a laptopInternet speeds of 50/5 Mbps (download/upload)A webcam with clear audio and video for video conferencingA headset and a dedicated quiet space free of noise and distractionsThe company provides access to a VOIP phone system and the Microsoft suite of services, with Teams as the primary method of communicating with the team.
