The Role
The successful candidate will be expected to generate and manage partnerships for the China region. The candidate will be responsible for exploring opportunities to grow the business and expanding the brand in the local market. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and grow the partnerships base, develop Strategic partner relations in the region and act as a point of contact for important partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop company's business by establishing strong Strategic Partner relations and Partnerships in the region to drive profitable growth.Recruit and introduce new partners to the firm on ongoing basis.Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and emerging business opportunitiesManage and maintain an active partnership pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasts to leadershipApproach, source and communicate with local partners to foster long-term relationships.Hold business trips to meet partners and present company’s products and services.Develop and maintain a strong network of lead sources.Have strong ability to achieve KPIs and to able to work under pressure to meet the deadlineRequirements
Key Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience as a commercial development manager or partnerships manager in the trading industry (specifically in FX or CFD)Transferable book of business desirable.Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to negotiate partnership terms and commercial agreementsExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence partners at all levelsWorking knowledge of trading platforms (preferably MT4/MT5)Showcase initiative and an entrepreneurial attitudeStrong decision-making capabilitiesHighly self-motivated and self-drivenNative Mandarin speaker with strong command of English
