Requirements
As a Communications & Events Intern, you will work closely with our Marketing and Events team, supporting a variety of tasks including:
Media Relations Support: Helping to prepare press kits, monitor media coverage, and assist with media inquiries.Event Coordination Assistance: Supporting the planning, organization, and execution of on-site events, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations.Administrative Support: Performing general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of communications and events initiatives.Guest Engagement: Assisting in creating personalized communications and experiences that enhance guest
Who We're Looking For:
A student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Italian is a plus).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.A creative mindset with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage.A genuine interest in luxury hospitality and an eagerness to learn.Benefits
