Responsibilities: • Managing the end-to-end customer order process, including order entry, monitoring progress, and preparation for logistics planning

• Maintaining daily communication with customers from automotive, manufacturing, and printing industries (non–call center role)

• Verifying freight invoices, ensuring compliance with contracts, and preparing operational reports

• Maintaining and updating customer master data, validating pricing, and handling invoice-related claims

• Supporting supply chain operations through close cooperation with production plants, steel mills, warehouses, and international teams (mainly in Germany) Requirements: • Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

• Very good communication skills in English and German (min. B2+)

• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week on-site in Dąbrowa Górnicza or Kraków)

• Readiness to travel to Germany during the initial months for onboarding and training
