Role Summary
A Supervisor - HR Business Applications is critical in developing and implementing high-quality software solutions using Oracle technology. He/She will develop new applications or convert existing applications to create and deploy software solutions that meet the organization needs — leading to increased customer satisfaction, retention and revenue.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and customize Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning Management, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Workforce Modeling, etc. within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion. • Lead and manage Oracle HCM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. • Gather and analyze client requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications and technical solutions. • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions. • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM applications, addressing and resolving any issues that arise. • Train and mentor clients and team members on Oracle HCM functionalities and best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and other consultants, to deliver comprehensive solutions. • Stay up to date with the latest Oracle HCM features, updates, and industry trends to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and consulting, with a strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion. • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Oracle HCM projects. • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning Management, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Workforce Modeling. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders. • Oracle certification(s) in HCM or related modules is highly desirable. • Experience working in a consulting environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
