BAYADA is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in York and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings, supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities as a trusted companion and mentor, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence.
What You’ll Do
Support participation in community activities Empower clients to live independently and reach their full potential Assist with personal care (dressing, grooming) Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities Engage in hobbies, activities, and meaningful companionship
Compensation & Schedule
Pay starting at $17.50–$19.00/hour Weekly pay Part-time, flexible scheduling with various shifts available Opportunities close to home

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (18+) One year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (Training may be available through our apprentice program if you don’t have experience) Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to appointments and activities
