We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Lancaster County and surrounding areas! In this rewarding role, you’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings, serving as a trusted companion and mentor to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities—helping them live fuller, more independent lives.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
Empowering independence Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming) Provide clients with transportation on errands, appointments and community outings Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation Participate in community integration activities
Compensation & Schedule:
Starting at $17.50/hr - $19/hr based on experience/case weekly pay schedule Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts) Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home) Options for mileage reimbursement

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:
One year experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities (If you do not have this experience, training may be available through our apprentice program) High school diploma or equivalent (18+) Ability to provide clients with transportation to and from appointments, errands and community outings
