Your Impact As the Technical Ops Lead Morocco, you will serve as the senior operational anchor of our fast-growing Casablanca hub, acting as a hands-on builder with a strong technical edge to drive our global AI-driven automation strategy. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead and technically upskill a team of 5 in the BillingOps squad, ensuring scalable financial governance while bridging the gap between local operations and global Engineering, RevOps, and Finance teams. Your work will directly redefine our operational infrastructure, eliminating manual bottlenecks and embedding AI agents directly into workflows to improve accuracy, process speed, and system reliability across the entire organization. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Casablanca, Morocco office and 2 days from the comfort of your home
