About the Role As the Head of Facilities, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence of our maintenance programs. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations/Property Management, you will oversee teams of dedicated professionals, developing best-in-class maintenance programs across our diverse portfolio of multifamily properties.
