The Role We know there are channels and programs out there that can generate meaningful new revenue for Metabase — we just haven't found all of them yet. That's the job. You'll design and run a disciplined portfolio of experiments across paid, owned, and earned channels — newsletters, Reddit, Meta, email, digital events, conference sponsorships, and more — to figure out what actually works for our audience. You won't just run campaigns; you'll build the testing infrastructure and measurement rigor that turns early signals into scalable programs.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable sketching a creative concept and building a performance tracking spreadsheet — and who finds genuine satisfaction in applying the scientific method to marketing.
