Job SummaryThis position is located at Dugway Proving Grounds in Dugway, UT. Refusal of a military spouse to participate in established recruitment procedures is considered a declination of employment and is a basis for termination of SEP entitlement. (AR 215-3 2-5). A qualified candidate must possess the following: Must have cash handling experience to include direct handling of cash items, and use of cash accountability control methods. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Preferred": Preferred are those candidates that have experience in supervising and training staff. Major DutiesManages day-to-day operations for all assigned food service locations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.Guides employees through daily tasks, checks work quality, and provides ongoing direction. Trains new staff on procedures, safety standards, and proper equipment use.Orders, receives, stores, and stocks supplies for multiple facilities. Maintains accurate inventory levels and ensures proper rotation and storage.Performs cashiering duties, completes daily cash reports, and prepares bank deposit.Maintains clean, safe, and orderly work environments across all assigned locations.
