This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking for a stable, well-structured role within a forward-thinking practice.
Main duties of the job
5 sessions per week Monday am and pm, Tuesday am and Friday am and pm.
Providing high-quality, patient-centred care in routine GP clinics.
Undertaking home visits in a timely and safe manner.
Managing and actioning correspondence from secondary care.
Be fully involved in all aspects of General Practice daily operations.
Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary teams.

Host additional roles via the PCN including a pharmacist team, health coaches, social

Training practice GP registrars, medical students and student nurses
CQC compliance.
Job description Job responsibilities
9-month fixed term contract covering 4 sessions over two days, will include an home visits.
You will be expected to carry out signing prescriptions, managing your own correspondence from secondary care and being part of the day to running of our Practice.

Qualifications Essential
Qualified General Practitioner Full GMC registration Inclusion on the NHS England Performers list MBBS or equivalent
Desirable
Evidence of continued CPD
Experience Essential
Experience is preferred for this role, however we would consider newly qualified candidates.
