Job SummaryThis assignment is a 1-year non-reimbursable assignment. The only compensation for this assignment is the federal salary you are already receiving. QualificationsQualifications required: Availability for 24/7 shift work which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Experience supporting law enforcement investigations, intelligence analysis, or customer service operations preferred. Working knowledge of DHS, Component, and authorized private partner databases preferred but not required. Major DutiesThis position is located at the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Tip Line in Williston, Vermont, which is a 24/7/365 operation processing/disseminating tip information received via phone and web tip form concerning alleged illicit activity.
