About this role

This is a fully remote opportunity with 6 working daysCandidate can be based anywhere in IndiaCandidates should be flexible working in rotational shifts.Candidates will be a part of a 2-week training program where our trainers will help you understand the nuances of the Flights/Hotels booking ecosystem and help you familiarize with the travel booking space. This will be followed by an assessment wherein you will be tested on your knowledge, skills & ability to perform the job responsibilities.After successful completion of training and assessment, you will be absorbed on the payroll of Aasaan Jobs. Graduation is mandatoryFreshers are not eligible to applyMinimum 6 months of experience in Calling and Backend operationsKnowledge of the travel industry is requiredCandidates with a travel background will be preferredMust have access to a laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection Responsible for safeguarding sensitive company data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, and for reporting any suspected security incidents in line with the organization's ISMS (Information Security Management System) policies and procedures.
