What you'll do

This role is focused on driving client growth through strong relationships, a consultative approach and data-led insights. It suits someone who is commercially minded, confident working with stakeholders, and proactive in identifying opportunities to deliver value, improve outcomes and support long-term engagement.

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers across all levels.Take a consultative approach to understand client needs and business goals.Provide strategic insights and analysis of dealer performance, identifying opportunities for growth and recommending solutions that drive ROI.Deliver compelling presentations and reports that influence outcomes and showcase value.Partner with internal teams to design and execute end-to-end client solutions.Track all client activity through CRM tools and manage a disciplined sales pipeline.Achieve and exceed revenue, growth, and retention targets through upselling and cross-selling.Support clients with ongoing product updates, training, and feature adoption to maximise engagement. What we are looking for

Previous experience in account management and B2B sales.Demonstrated history of sales success with consistent achievement of revenue targets.Understanding of digital media and advertising practices.Proficiency with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.Effective negotiation and influencing abilities, taking a solutions-oriented approach.Results-focused attitude and openness to adapting to change.We know not everyone will meet every requirement, and that’s okay.
