What you’ll be doing
Support the national sales team in pre and post sales; prepare contracts, process cancellations, assist with complex billing investigations, prepare change of ownership and reporting as required.Credit investigation and determination of outcome based on credit policy and communicate outcome to the customer.Collaborate with ACIL Support Manager to deliver additional training and documentation to support the national sales team.Support the onboarding of new team members to the national sales team Compliance managementBooking and managing corporate travel for the broader sales teamRegular delivery of reporting and data analysis.Collaborate with the Billing/Corporate Systems teams to ensure processes are streamlined.
