Build and manage strong business relationships with accounts through regular engagements with the relevant stakeholdersPrepare and lead business reviews with accounts, analyzing performance metrics and identifying growth opportunitiesPitch different products, services, and other commercial initiatives and negotiate contract terms and conditionsCollaborate very closely with teams from other departments to assist in delivering excellent end-to-end merchant service delivery and response to market trends and needsResolve any issues and problems of your merchants and act as a link between your customers and the internal teamsDevelop and execute account growth strategies to increase performance and market share within assigned key accountsMonitor account performance against KPIs and prepare regular reports and insights for management reviewIdentify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic account planning and recommendationsSell company products, services, and value propositions effectively. From negotiating commercial terms to onboarding the brandsEnsure achievement of acquisition targets via effective follow through on sales pipeline Bachelor's Degree in any fieldYou have 3+ years of sales and account management experience in the FMCG or e-Commerce industry.You have great interpersonal, communication, and strong negotiation skillsYou can showcase passion and leadership.
