We're looking for a dynamic Team Lead, Partner Trust to join our organization in Singapore.

You will lead a dedicated team responsible for building and maintaining trust with our partner ecosystem. You will drive strategic initiatives that strengthen partner relationships, enhance satisfaction, and ensure long-term collaboration success.
This is a one year contract role, reporting to the Manager, Partner Trust at our Grab One North Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team focused on partner trust initiatives and relationship managementDevelop and execute comprehensive partner trust strategies aligned with organizational objectivesBuild and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners and stakeholdersMonitor and analyze partner satisfaction metrics, trust indicators, and engagement levels to identify improvement opportunitiesConduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersCollaborate with cross-functional departments including operations, compliance, and business development to ensure seamless partner experiencesIdentify, assess, and mitigate partner-related risks and concerns proactivelyPrepare and present regular reports on partner trust KPIs, initiatives, and outcomes to senior leadershipImplement best practices and process improvements to enhance partner trust and operational efficiencySupport partner onboarding and training programs to ensure successful engagement What Essential Skills You Will Need
Proven experience leading and managing teams in a corporate environmentDemonstrated expertise in partner relationship management and stakeholder engagementStrong understanding of trust-building principles and relationship development strategiesExperience analyzing and improving partner satisfaction and trust metricsProficiency in identifying and mitigating relationship risksExperience in partner operations, business development, or similar relationship-focused roles Life at Grab
