We are seeking an experienced and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge financial solutions, driving and fostering a collaborative environment. The role will report directly to the Senior Engineering Manager.
You will be based in Singapore.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and code reviewsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresEstablish best practices for development and ensure adherence to coding standardsOptimize application performance and troubleshoot critical issuesStay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trendsParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deploymentContribute to technical decision-making and long-term strategy for mobile development What Essential Skills You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field5+ years of backend development experience2+ years of experience in a leadership roleStrong proficiency in backend development with Go (Golang)Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), compute technologies (e.g., Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelinesProven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver projects end-to-end across teamsAbility to balance hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities—mentoring others while still writing code and driving execution plansStrong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively across teamsThrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and consistently delivers high-quality outcomesPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with paymentsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelinesUnderstanding of Agile methodologiesFluent with AI tools like Cursor
