About this role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will join our team to support our activities within the Aerospace sector.
You will play a key role in delivering engineering programmes across a dynamic project portfolio, supporting both new product development and legacy programme activities. Operating within an integrated project environment, you will take ownership of defined work packages, ensuring delivery against quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Take ownership of Engineering Work Packages, ensuring delivery to Quality, Cost, and Schedule (QCD) targetsSupport delivery across a portfolio of programmes, including development, in-service, and close-out activitiesCoordinate day-to-day activities within the Integrated Project Team (IPT)Manage project risks, issues, and actions, ensuring timely resolutionTrack and report progress using project management tools and dashboardsCollaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, and programme teamsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the project delivery function Required Skills:
Strong experience in technical project management within engineering environmentsProven ability to manage work packages or sub-projectsExperience working within multi-disciplinary engineering teamsStrong understanding of project delivery principles (QCD, risk management, planning)Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate across functionsExperience using project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, or similar)Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.Experience in aerospace, defence, or other complex engineering sectorsDemonstrated experience in project delivery or programme support rolesDesirable Skills:
Experience working within matrix organisations or portfolio-based delivery environmentsFamiliarity with engineering development lifecyclesExposure to continuous improvement or PMO environmentsUnderstanding of regulated or safety-critical industries Why join us?
