Design and develop front and rear bumper systems (fascia, brackets, reinforcements, absorbers)Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools (mainly CATIA V5/V6)Ensure compliance with automotive standards, guidelines, and development processesManage part integration and packaging with:ADAS sensors (radar, cameras)Lighting systemsCooling modules and grille componentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams:Styling / Class-A surfacesSimulation (crash, durability)Manufacturing and toolingSupport design validation and release process (DFMEA, tolerance stack-up, design reviews)Interface with suppliers for:Technical follow-upDesign feasibilityIndustrialization constraintsManage engineering changes (ECR/ECO) and ensure documentation consistency
