About this role
As a Sub-System Technical Leader, you are responsible for ensuring Quality / Cost / Delivery / Performance (QCDP) convergence within your scope and for leading the development activities of seating components.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate all contributors involved in the projectEnsure consistency between technical and project schedulesNegotiate QCDP targets with project stakeholdersManage supplier consultations and contribute to supplier selectionEnsure design and development compliance with QCDP objectivesDrive technical convergence with internal teams and suppliersProvide regular reporting and manage action plans in case of deviationsEscalate critical issues to decision-making bodiesContribute to lessons learned and improvement of engineering standardsSupport cost optimization initiatives during development and serial life Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)Experience: 3 to 5 years in automotive seating developmentExperience in OEM or Tier-1 environment is a plus Profile Requirements
